Where Does the Club Meet?

The club's training base is:
University of Birmingham. (A to Z Map Ref. p.89, Ref.3E)
Monday: 6.30 - 7.30. 12 -14yrs Middle/long distance. This session is for youngsters who intend to compete in the junior cross-country league.
6.30 - 7.45 15yrs+ Middle/long distance. This session is for more experienced runners.
6.30 - 7.45 Sprints, jumps and throws for seniors and more experienced athletes.
Thursday: 6.30 - 7.30. 12 - 14yrs Middle/long distance. This session is for youngsters who intend to compete in the junior cross-country league.
6.30 - 7.45 15yrs+ Middle/long distance. This session is for more experienced runners.
6.30 - 7.45 Sprints, jumps and throws for seniors and more experienced athletes.
7.30 - 8.30. Middle/long distance for seniors/veterans
Sunday: 10.30 - 12.00 Junior beginners group (8-12yrs). Sprints, running, jumps & throws
10.00 - 11.30 15yrs + Middle/long distance. More experienced runners. 

Please note that if coaches are not available, a session may have to be cancelled at short notice. All new youngsters will be allowed 5 sessions before being asked to join the club. This gives them a chance to see whether they enjoy the sport.
